When you enter a name, telephone number, or address in a search form, that entry goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of your search. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to share and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and access times. We review combined traffic data to maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to run the site, diagnose faults, measure overall traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles about individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
La Quinta People Search links to government portals, Riverside County and California records offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that service's privacy policy, not this one. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by a third-party company.
Parties That May Process Data
Providers that host or maintain the site may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising services may receive the automatic information noted above. We may disclose data when valid legal process compels us to do so, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
How We Safeguard Data
The site uses an encrypted connection, and server logs are kept only for as long as the stated purposes require. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no user password or site profile that could be exposed.
Visitors Under 18
This service is designed for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If a minor has sent us personal information, notify us so we can remove it.
